Reluctant sale, but need the money as I am buying my first house and have just become a parent! Need a quick sale hence the low price.

This car has had a replacement engine supplied and fitted by VW at 25000 miles due to an issue that effected all the early 1.4 TSI engines (including Golfs, Siroccos, A3s etc.) involving higher than average oil consumption. As a result the car runs like a dream and also has a 2 year warranty on the engine, whilst the car itself has a 1 year warranty.
