Here for sale is a 1998 1.4 8v silver 5 door vw polo 6n.

Mot until August.

I was going to break it but instead of spend my spare time on this I am going to start putting it into another project so need this gone asap.

Would be a perfect little run around or even a nice breaker to make a bit of profit on if you have the space and time unlike me.

I've only had the car for 2 months because I bought it for my partner when she starts to drive but that has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. So rather then pay the tax and insurance on it I am putting it up for sale.

Around 118k less than average for its age drives really well

Boot needs to be unlocked manually, central locking works fine so assuming just an air leak to the boot lock

The car itself runs well and has had a lot of work over the years and for the last MOT, August the mot runs out. The bodywork isn't great, but still a lot better than what I've seen! there is a bit of surface rust on arches and the paint isn't great. But the shell is pretty solid still.

I have a folder full of paperwork with most MOTs present, loads of receipts for parts and work over the years.

Only advisories from previous mot was wide wheels and stretched tyres (which are no longer on the car)

And the fact it has been lowered

I have driven it a few times myself and the car drives and pulls really well, inspection and test drives welcome.
