Depends on what bolt seat has been machined into the wheel. Will be either a taper, radius or flat. Then just buy wheel bolts in M12x1.5 with the correct seat.

I don't think its as easy as that, I've been to so many garages and they've all told me that i need hex bolts. although trying to find hex bolts that fit these wheels has so far been impossible. The only other recommendation i've had is to do a wheel stud conversion.

If you know of any company's that would make the let me know. The problem is that these bolts haven't been made in 10+ years according to every mechanic and tyre specialist I've visited. A lot of people on the internet seem to be having problem sourcing these bolts. Ill attach a picture to show roughly what the bolt should look like, instead of it being a tappered seat it has more of a two tiered seat if you know what i mean.

Ok that wheel bolt is a new one on me... I can see why you are having troubles.

Is there nowhere near you that can manufacture hardware and fastners?

That bolt is a new one me too. But if you are having trouble getting a bolt like that I dare say getting a nut for a stud conversion would be just as difficult.

It looks like a bolt version of the "sleeve nuts" used on genuine 80's Minilites
