Aircon kit 6n (6n2)

This is a Kit to retrofit Air Conditioning to your Polo 6n

Comprises pretty much everything you'll need to fit to your car,

Carefully removed and, in the case of the wiring loom, the cables have been labelled to help make this a straightforward installation. Photos have also been taken during removal.

The Donor for this kit is a late (2000) Polo with only 46k miles! The A/C was icy cold before being degassed.

Air Conditioning kit - Main components:

Complete heater housing, Control Panel, Compressor, Evaporator, Receiver Dryer, Condenser, Heater Matrix, brackets, hoses etc. including even the PAS pump and hose you'll need to do the conversion, PAS pump / Compressor Bracket with tensioner, Ribbed Belt, Wiring Loom.

Wiring loom incorporates ABS and can also be fitted to non-ABS cars.

This kit will apparently fit all Polo 6n 1995-2000. 1.0 1.4 (8v + 16v). I understand that with a different engine bracket for the compressor etc, it will also fit the diesel engines.

Many of the components will also fit the later 6n2 models (2000-2003).

Should also fit Lupo, Arosa and Ibiza, (many of the components are marked VW SEAT), though I am unsure if all components will fit models of the same years.
