I got the gti splitter from euro parts mate, and the grill off ebay. Not cheap though, £70 for the splitter and around £40 for the grill.

And yeah man we should get a north east members meet up at some point!

I've just managed to get a grill for £18 so I'm buzzing...I'm gunna get a splitter soon aswell.

Okay so its been a while and I've had the car painted and started a boot build (no pics of that till its done).

Now all of the photos i have gotten since i picked it up. Absolutely in love with it right now especially after paint it looks so good!

Oh i even took the roof rack off to try something different.

How hard is it to fit 6n2 gti headlights or is it easier buying halos of the Internet

People break 6n2 GTIs on here quite regularly. You shouldn't have a problem getter them. Keep an eye on the breaking section on the forum.

mk5 golf gti seats are not an easy fit, frames need welding to fit a 6n2. Only seen one person that's done it, Calvinnnn (http://www.clubpolo.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=318089&page=2)
