Rebuilt AFH Block With AVY Crank, conrods and pistons.

Rebuilt AFH Head With 3 Angle Valve Seats

Lightened AFH Flywheel With Startor Motor.

BoggBros Inlet Manifold With Rebuilt Cbr600 Carbs And Matching Bike Pump.

4 Branch Manifold With EGR Valve Removed And Heat Wrapped.

H&H Ignition Rebuild Distributor and removal of the vacuum advance mushroom and adjust the advance curve.

Work UnderTaken:

Engine block acid bathed... Bores hooned... Deck checked

Cylinder head acid bathed... New valve stem sills... 3 angle valve seats... Valves lapped...

Crankshaft, pistons and conrods and flywheel have been fully lightened and balanced.

Parts Replaced:

New oil pump, rear main oil sill, thermostat housing and rear water pipe, timing belt kit and water pump, piston rings, main and big end bearing and thrust washers, Exhaust, Inlet Gasket And Head Gasket. New bolts all round as most are stretch.

No I'm not guna split.

If you can buy a rebuilt ready to go G40 for £1100 quid I'd be impressed.

mate not bothered but this is not a G40 its a afh with 1.6 internals its the best 1.6 afh i know of but have you had the engine running and the bike carbs tuned to work? Its worth more in bits and if some one did buy it and you have not had it tuned and tested it may cost the new ower a lot more!

It will cost the new owner a few hundred quid to getting it running. But on the other hand it will also cost someone a far lot more time and money to build if they start from scratch.

if this is the going rate ill be happy to sell my engine after lol.
