I have tried this before and am giving it one more go. To finish off my car I am trying to put together the data for the sticker that can often be found in the boot. Mine did not have one and as it came without a service book it wasn't there either. I have a photo from the hand book of the data needed particularly the bottom few boxes. I have data on VIN, engine and gearbox numbers but the rest is missing.,yes, tried VW and they were not too helpful. The car is the red coupe gt in the photo.

I can see if I can get a pick of mine.. but I think some of them are the options fitted to the car..

My friendly VW dealer did a print out for me showing the limited information they held. The other thing is you could apply for the VW Birth Certificate but it takes time to come through.
