Turbo kit for G40

Hi there,

I have a turbo conversion for sale that comprises of the following.

Genuine KKK K03 turbo with forge actuator

Rothe manifold

Downpipe with heat wrap

Forge dump valve

ECU with PPP turbo chip and 250kpa map sensor

315cc injectors

Front mount intercooler and suitable silicone hose. As you can see from the pictures below the intercooler is a great fit at the front of a mk3 polo. Silicone hose included was over £100 alone.

Newman PSD turbo cam

Nearly new set of tappets for the cam

Throttle body with boost switch installed and welded up elbow.

Tapped sump for the oil drain

Oil and coolant lines

Air filter

Alternator

Engine mounts

Pulleys

Suitable spark plugs

Bumper bar with hole cut in to allow cooling for the intercooler.

Front bumper with holes cut in to allow cooling for the above bumper bar.

Basically everything needed to convert straight to turbo. I have run this setup for a while and it has made good power and made for a quick car. This setup is located in Sheffield. £950.
