Could this shallow but large dent to the rear valance be pulled out? Or would a new valance be the only way? The boot floor is slightly pushed in but would be easy to miss, it's only slight. Yet one man's slight is another man's disaster!

The blue is where I've applied rust converter - the paint is cracked inside and out. I bought the car like this.
