p0441 "Incorrect purge flow" Replaced purge solenoid yet it persists what could it be?

Featured Replies

Hey I'm having trouble with a p0441 "Inccorect Purge Flow". The purge solenoid has been replaced to no avail. I was wondering if you could suggest what might be the next likely thing/how to diagnose?

Polo 9n 1.2 AZQ engine. Help identifying the Charcole/evaporative canister would be great also. As I've no idea where it is in my car.

Do you have any running problems? I just wondered what made you check for the fault code.

Incorrect purge flow is the message I'm getting from the error code. From my research as i understand it could be the charcole/carbon canister, the lines, or the fuel filler cap. Any suggestions for testing these. How would i tell if the fuel cap is bad? Thanks for the reply.
