One reversing light not working

Sorry to post this query, but I cant' see how to search back postings to see if it has been answered for someone else already.

Standard 2011 1.4 Petrol Polo. Nearside reversing light working but offside one not. Bulb and connections in light both OK. I see that in the case of a single light model poor connection at the gearbox end is usually the case, but here it must be somewhere where the two connections split off from the main wire. Can anyone please tell me where the junction of the two spurs is located? Thanks.
