I was just having a scroll through the clubpolo downloads and came across this!

I cant believe how close it is to an UP! Surely they cant have been designing it 24 years ago??

Heres a pic of an UP! for comparison.

I'm sure this is obviously a coincidence, just wondering if anyone else has spotted this before?

Or are VW already that advanced with their designs they know what they're going to be selling in 20 years time?

Conspiracy theory!! VW have already made the future!

And also by the looks of it, Audi were trying to copy the new shape (at the time) Toyota MR2??

It does look really similar!

I do know that in Europe the mk2f Polo was available with Start-Stop technology. So they have been known to be ahead of the times.
