Unfortunately after quitting smoking for over 2 years, going out almost every weekend and going on holiday smoking had me started again. I was not happy but was hooked so had a go at vaping instead, I started on 18mg of nicotine and 2 weeks later I am on 6 and barely tell the difference. I dont even need it at this point and have gone nearly full days without thinking about it so I am going to move to 0 nicotine!

I am posting this however to ask if there are any other vapers on clubpolo and what flavours you have been trying as there are hundreds out there?

I will start by saying the best flavour I have had so far is heisenburg by vampire vapes..sort of like mentholated blueberry

I have had pama violet by them and that was actually disgusting despite me loving the sweets

I have had cherry and a blueberry from blu or whatever it was and they were okay

Vam toes was good and that is vimto flavour but nowhere near as good as heisenburg

Anybody got some recommendations? I was advised to go for darth vaper but have not seen it yet

Nope, can't see the electronic equivalent of a panatela being anywhere near as satisfying.

Yeti, Give it a go..you may be surprised..seeing smoke is a big factor I think..although on nights out I do sometimes fancy a real cigarette when I see someone else with one lol

Whats it like changing coils etc. do you need a tool? and when you say cottons do you mean the wick bit in the clearomizer? I'm new to it but I've been using the wickless clearomizers now and much prefer them. My friend seems to think the mechanical ones when you change coils etc are much better

the ego vapour you cant change coils etc but wasnt powerful for my liking. where as the mechanical mods i can make the coils using a metal rod and just wrap the wire on it as a jig and use the cotton as the wick. soo far I'm using duel /2 coils at the mo.u get better taste using the mods but becareful first time i played wit it i haven't had a clue how to use it set it up and haf to use youtube as a guide. I'm still learning about sub ohms etc and cloud chasing yet. I've alot to learn. lol

thats a good idea. buy a cheap mod and have a play. the only thing that was expensive was the batterys and the xstar charger. honest truth its sounds like its too much but it aint really. have a look on you tube theres loads of guides on building coils and wicks. its really quite simple

But that said, I've smoked for 6 years and go through half a pack a day, but I've been considering vaping for a while, just never got around to it. It'd definitely be more practical (especially whilst my 6n driver's side window doesn't work) plus the cost & health benefits.

I have a vague memory of someone letting me try a blueberry-flavoured one a while back, and it was awesome.

Give it a blast mate, I have so much more money spare since doing it and I would rather vape all day long.

Plus I would never smoke in a car I think it's rank but vape just makes the car smell nice and fruity

Nah, I'm not an habitual smoker any more, haven't been for years. I just enjoy a cigar now and then.

Fair enough, do they not do a cigar version? I suppose if it's a now and then cigar it's pointless getting an electronic version anyway lol

i only buy flavors with 0 nicotine mostly from ebay or fasttech.com thats where i got my clone mods from. with the ego i was tempted to start smoking again because there was not enough clouds and couldnt feel it proper. with the the mod its a whole different level

I'm moving to 0 nicotine now, problem is I've done 10mls since saturday because I can't stop with this new flavour..the heisenburg one lol need to change up to a standard fruit one again lol

I get tonnes of cloud but my vape fluids are a high percent VG lol

I've tried countless flavours and hated 90% of them. Luckily I get a lot for free from my girlfriend's dad. I mix my own E-Liquid now. Much cheaper, can't remember the exact cost but works out less than £1 for 10ml of juice. My current favourite is a mix of raspberry, apple and sweetener.

Using one I was given at the moment by djinni vapes called berry crush and it's very nice, can also buy the concentrate which is good!

I never knew that could be done, will have to take a look at mixing them...there a shop I go to which let's you try before you buy which is good because I've had some disgusting flavours lol

I'm a bit confused at the vaping thing, I think it's great people trying to stop smoking etc, just seems a lot make a huge amount of progress then almost come to a stand still.

Then a lot seem to stick at 0 or low levels of nicotine but carry on.. I know it's like a habit of having something in your mouth and such. But just wondering why people don't continue to stop and give up enitirely?

Just don't get why come so far then continue just vaping ?

Personally I went cold turkey for 2 years and somehow started again being weak willed me whilst living away from home for a year boozing (all my mates smoked and we're in smoking areas most of the night) and naturally I ended up having the odd one drunk and it started again.

I then started vaping and as you say went to 0 nicotine and still did it but I personally do it when watching movies or on nights out, I'm a but fidgety and always have been and find it hard to watch a movie and stay still so it gives me something to do lol its a strange trait to have as it happens even in movies I'm really enjoying.

I don't think vaping is harmful, the flavours I buy have four ingredients. 1. Whichever food flavour you desire 2.a chemical they put In food flavourings to harness the flavour (people mistook this for something they put in screenwash) 3.vegetable glycerin which gives all of the steam like when your boiling vegetables (mine is 80 percent VG). 4.same stuff they put in asthma inhalers.

I believe it's not a hazard to health although I could be wrong, there is the debate that although those ingredients aren't harmful to eat are they really supposed to be inhaled into our lungs? Except no.4 of course. And it's also on a regular basis. I guess we will all find out one day that it gives us cancer just like everything we eat drink and do lol
