Ebay wishbones

Been told by two mechanics that I need new wishbones. I'm assuming not the whole wishbone is gone, but it's easier to replace the whole thing than to take out the joints/bushes.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Ebay wishbones. Do they do the job and last a decent amount of time? Or are they a waste of time and money?
