Looking for F823 CDY Polo Fox Mk2

In 2013, I bought and restored a Mk2 Volkswagen Polo that was near death. I sold the car in July 2013 to somebody in Scunthorpe who I kept in regular contact with. Then, after a year or so, he sold the car to somebody that I believe lives in the Kingston-upon-Hull area, after seeing it parked on the roadside there.

I attempted to make contact with the owner by attaching a letter for him on the windscreen, however after this, the car was moved and I haven't seen it again. It is currently on a SORN so is possibly in somebody's garage, although I am aware that the previous owner stated to me that he/she was planning to fully restore the car.
