I am selling my old set of H&R cup kit struts. The springs are snapped but struts are in working order (no leaks e.t.c) so will just need a set of springs. The struts are rusty and look like they have been used well but as expected when buying H&R products they are still solid and got plenty of life left. These are off my vw polo saloon 6k but will fit other vehicles with the same chassis i.e seat cordoba and mk2 vw caddy van, (please note if you are buying these for your mk2 caddy van it is only front struts that fit , the rear will need axle flip)
I have included a photo of my polo with them fitted when springs were intact so you can see ride hight which is around 30/40mm but if you buy lower springs it will obviously be lower. When you buy H&R springs only 30mm is available for the polo 6k and they are the springs that are designed for the cup kit so i would recommend these but if you want to go lower you can buy other brands.
My polo drove fantastic with this kit on , you can ask anyone how good the ride is with a cup kit , i upgraded to coilovers when the springs broke so i no longer have use for these but i was going to get them powder coated silver and add springs but i have other things to focus on.
These kits are £450 new for the polo 6k so you can save alot of money by refurbishing these !
Selling as spares or repairs due to broken springs,
