I can only use the forums through the taptalk app but cannot login on anything else. The password I was sure I used is wrong on the website and I have tried several times to reset it but I never get the email it tells me it has sent. I've checked junk folders but nothing there either. I have tried making a support ticket about it and had no luck. Any help would be much appreciated!

I did get it working but it has happened again and I can't login. I'm definitely using the correct information but its telling me its wrong. I'm automatically logged in on my tablet but its annoying not being able to login on anything else.

I know it's the old helpline answer, but clear your browser history and cookies. I get this quite a bit on the Audi forum, no reason for it, just one of those weird things.
