I replaced the arm on d/s where the wishbone goes into and now the driver side wheel pokes out more passenger side is it because my subfame has moved over or something else

That's the side it pokes out more this is how it should be

Different lengths??

Must be different sizes no other reason for it.

Are they exactly the same? Pattern parts perhaps may have slight differences perhaps.

It looks like you've got a bit of positive camber on the top one. That'll make it poke out at the top. If you loosened your subframe and it moved position then that will do it. Might be worth getting 4 wheel alignment done to correct it.

You adjusted the wheel camber subhow. Undo and RE DO
