Removal of dash parts

Peoples, after a little help, wondering if there is a tutorial somewhere to help with the removal of parts of the dash on a 6n2

Heater surrounds, trim above speedo etc..

Mine are looking a bit shabby and was going to give them a paint in the same colour as the car.

However my normal disassembly process involves a hammer! And does t very often end well..

I found an old post where someone had removed the same but no guidance on how to do so,
