I'm after some 17" wheels for my 6R if anyone has anything that will fit the 5x100 PCD, interested in anything from older VW's, Seat, Audi etc..

Also after some lowering springs, preferably 35/55mm or coilovers, don't really mind about the make as long as they still function. I doubt anyone has any wind deflectors but if you do give me a shout!
