I am wanting to remove the bump strips on my mk2f ... i just wondered what people have done in the past for removing the strip that is moulded to the front arches. Any ideas? How to get it off? Or does anywhere sell clean arches without the moulded on bump strip? Maybe mk2 arches would fit? (I dont think they have bump strips attached?)

Any advice or ideas welcome please, especialy if youve solved this problem before or what you did to get round it
