I joined the site at the end of last year and bought bits and bobs from the forum.

Thought it was time to introduce myself.

I currently own a k reg mk2f I bought the car last year. I always wanted a mk2 or 1 after having a 6n as my first car and a 9n and my last before this.

I live in glenrothes and look forward to meeting some of the folks on here.

There's only a little rust on the front arches :) and 28k on the clock though not sure how genuine that is.

Picked up my G reg when it had 16k, now only got ~36k. Definitely plausible

The only bit I want to fix is the buckled trim at the front :( any suggestions where I can get one?

Do you mean the bit above your front bumper on the first picture? Isn't that metal?

Not overly sure about the MK2f but I imagine that it will be a bend back to shape and fill/paint jobby...

Ye it is :) I thought about doing that but it's just less hassle to replace it haha

Hi mate wellcome to the club, hope you enjoy your time here, the metel part above your front bumper can be bought of ebay or taken off a scrap car, they are spot welded on so you have to drill them off, and most people bolt them back on with m6 nuts and bolts i believe, never done it myself though, not yet anyway.
