Completely forget to post this! Sorry!

As it says up top, This is the Vw Tour de Essex!

It's a cruise around various areas of Essex over one day.

I've mocked up a rough route that I'll be taking as I'm local to the eastern part of Essex (Colchester) so the bit down to Canvey from Marks Tey is a lovely country drive! Just have to deal with the A130 when we get that south :(

I shall post my map up later so people can roughly see where it goes. If you want any specific route details just PM me and ill happily send you some.
The drive totals around 120-130 miles depending on your route, so blow off the cobwebs from winter and stretch your Polos legs for the day!

Start at The Grange pub, Boreham
10.00am - leave The Grange and head up to Volksdine Marks Tey diner Colchester
11.00am - Down through the lanes to Spooky Maldon Mill Beach pub - hot tea and sausage rolls etc.
12.00pm - Down through South Woodham Ferrers to Canvey Island to the Waterside Leisure centre.
Then down the A127 & A128 to The Bull Brentwood at 2.00pm (might not stop if car park too busy and depending on numbers)
Then up to Birchanger services, Stansted for a late lunch
3.30pm - leave Birchanger services, heading for Braintree to meet In2 Dubs and Unofficial VW Pub Night at The oakland Inn Great Notley.
4.15pm - Leave Gt Notley and head back to The Grange Boreham at 5pm ish to have a pint!!!!

Would be good to see the Polos out in force for this one, Ill definitely be there, not sure in which of mine but I'm gonna make it :P

Should be around 40+ Other Vdubs in attendance.

Do not take this as the "planned route". This is my route I roughly plan on using to get to the desinations in plenty of time. It may detour with others who chose to go another way but I would like to aim to sort of travel it.
