Hi Guys,

I just wanted to post this little ideas and inspiration page for a project car I want to do. I came across an absolutely beautiful vintage rally spec 911 in Amsterdam the other day and it has really got me thinking about creating a rally spec G40 with a similar look and feel.

Not an aggressive looking rally car with a heavy painted design, but more subtle and classic. I really want to hear some thoughts and opinions on the idea. Maybe you thinks it’s a lame idea, or you have a few pics that you think are good inspiration. I just want to draw up a new designs and see what it looks like.

I'm just sat here and all I can think about is opening the garage to a rally spec Polo, something about it has really manifested itself in my mind. I'm gonna post few inspiration pictures of the look I'm interested in. It would be great to hear from some of you about this. I think it could be something really really interesting.

Polo did a fair bit of motorsport so take a look there for inspiration

I'm thinking about something like this to begin with. Apologies to anybodies photos I have nicked from around the website and also my scrappy photoshop work. Hope this helps show the look I'm going for.

I want to push the design a lot more from this, but as a basic look what do people think?
