6n2 door lock issues.

Hi.  

Got a 6n2 and my door locks on the drivers side has gone.  I can lock the car with the key, and i can pull the lever up from inside and push it down.  However I ant unlock the door from out side with the key. It spins but does not operate the pin. 

I have remved the door card to have a look but cant see if anything is wrong.  

Any one else had this issue? 

Or know how to remove the handle and lock barrel?
