Hello. I apologize my bad grammar in advance, I am from Finland.

How can I remove the rear quarter panel trims on 6N? I don't know their real name but I mean the panels on the back under the side windows. Look at the attached picture to see what I mean.  Do the rear seats have to be removed to get the panels out?

The car is 1995 3-door and I bought it as my first car because it was really cheap. I hate the stock interior that looks like someone has vomited inside the car. The door cards are already redone with some not-so-ugly leopard fabric but the rear still has that vomit trim and I want to get rid of it.
