Good points:

Full GT conversion including gearbox, MPI, ECU, loom etc

Full external respray about 2 years ago, only driven on the road for a couple of months after that,

Ashley 4-2-1 into a custom 2" stainless exhaust with a cobra back box. Not super loud, actually sounds really nice!

Great little car! Quirky and fun to drive. It's been in a dry garage for about 18 months until I got it out and MOT'd and insured it for a week and gave it a good run, and I had massive stupid grin on my face the whole time. Had this car for 6 years and used to be my baby! Have since moved on and I need to by a sensible second car so this has to go. Getting tired of carrying a bass cab in the passenger seat of the MX5!

Bad points:

Although the paint has been done to a good standard, it hasn't had any work since it came out of the gun. I like the old look of standard paint, but if you're into polishing your cars then it would benefit from a wet sand and polish. It also has a small run on one of the doors.

The paint has flaked off in a couple of areas on the plastic bumpers. Plastic primer was used when it was sprayed but I believe have had slightly too much hardener in it and therefor has flaked off a couple of places where I've got a bit keen with the pressure washer. (Was painted by a family member who has 30 years of spraying yaughts! So general standard of the paint job is high)

In my younger more immature car years, I ran chopped lowering springs on the TA Technics lowering shocks. As you probably know running 100mm down on shocks designed for 60mm springs isn't the best. So the ride isn't amazing. The shocks are NOT leaking though. And I have since fitted 60mm springs. (still have cut springs if you want them)

I used to run a false floor in the back with the rear seats removed, I have since replaced the seats but there are some bolts missing that fit the seat belts. I have a couple of boxes of 'Polo shit' which probably contains these bolts, but I haven't had the time to find them.

It looks a bit grubby inside but it's just due to being in the garage for so long not being used. I will give it a good clean for anyone coming to view.

Don't be put off by these bad points. Could have easily not said a lot and let whoever comes to view see what they see. But I'm just trying to be completely honest. It really is a brilliant little car, and whoever buys it will have a blast in it!
