Wheels for 6n help with offset/ET

Hello everyone

I'm new in the forum sorry if I'm doing the post in the wrong section

I got my car with the factory wheels 175/65 r13 not sure what are my wheels offset/ET but I search a lot in the internet and I see it would be around ET35, my question is I want to put some news wheels R15 with the tire 195/45 r15 and the wheels I want is the Japan Racing JR9 but for R15 they only have 7x15 ET20 or 8x15 ET20 and I ask some people if ET20 will be a problem they say it might be illegal because the tire/wheel Donna come out of the car and in my country (Portugal) maybe its illegal could someone post some photos with this ET wheels for I see how it fits and give me suggestion?
