9n front bumper plug? Missing and deadlocked door.

Recently bought a 1.9tdi 9n with a remapped 130pd engine. Currently around 150bhp after selling my 2f and it happened to have a missing bumper plug on the front. 

 

Was wondering if anyone new what it was actually called or where I could get a replacement from colour doesn't matter as I could paint it. Also the passenger doors deadlocked itself and was wondering if anyone had an idea on how I could get it open?
