2013 6R POLO GTI 1.4 Lighting

Hey guys,

Irecently picked up a 2013 6R GTI, the headlights are the normal halogens lamps and i remember how awful the bulbs are. what bulbs do you guys run/recommend. i dont want any of those chavvy blue ones :) 

also love the front fogs and want the LED bulbs but cant find any good ones? any thoughts?

people often de-tango the lamps round the car what bulbs would i need for this.

and one last question........what interior bulbs do you guys use?
