Evening all,

 

I've recently got a MK2F Polo GT coupe, it came with 'custom' coilovers on it but the previous owner was unsure what the were from. They look fairly new and have blue springs so I'm thinking they are JOM bluelines? However the damper insert in the drivers front strut has failed making the car dangerous to drive!

 

Has anyone replaced a strut insert before and can assist? Can you get the insert by itself or will it need a new coilover?
