Removing and reinstalling dash

Hey all, 

 

I need to change the inlet temperature sensor in my polo 9n, but I have to remove the entire dashboard in order to do so. I have the instructions of how to do it, but was advised against taking it apart because its impossible to fit back together in the same way??

 

Has anyone got anyone taken the dash off of a 9n and managed to put it back without any creaking/noises coming? Let me know
