G40 - Colour-coding bumpers/mirrors

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've just purchased myself a lovely little g40 and I'd like to colour code the lower parts of the black textured bumpers.

I've history of spraying mk3 golf bumpers but this has been easier as the sprayed section of the bumper is not textured.

Has anyone got any idea how I can create a smooth and durable finish on the textured polo bumper?

Many thanks,

Tim

how was the finish on these mate?

Hi mate,

Chuffed with the finish. Spraying conditions weren't great for the top-coat but they've come out as good as I hoped.

When the weather sorts itself out i'll post some proper pics
