hi people,

i need to deconstruct my wing mirror which is damaged, i need to take the cast frame with the thick spring attached out of the  casing without damaging the good plastic parts, does anyone know how to do this or has done this , ive tried to do this but cant get the plastic insert out & i dont want to force it .
