G573 VNS - 1990 Ranger Breadvan - Last seen in Swaffham, Norfolk [PHOTOS INSIDE]

I am looking to contact the owner of what was my first car 1990 Volkswagen Polo Ranger 1.3 5-speed in Tornado Red LY3D (REG: G573VNS VIN: WVWZZZ802LY169919). It is now showing as being untaxed and without MOT so I am concerned for it's future and would like to buy it back before the opportunity to do so evaporates forever.

It's last known location was Swaffham (PE37) near Norfolk in January 2018. It changed hands a couple of times around Edinburgh and Glasgow around 2012-2014 before ending up in Norfolk. Here is a RetroRides for sale listing that I found from April 2016, I will drop them a message on there shortly. I later found it for sale on eBay in December 2016, the second photo is taken from the listing. I believe the car was purchased from the eBay seller by an Andrew or their son. Since then it has had G60 steel wheels, an aftermarket steering wheel installed and stickers applied but as I said it is now untaxed and without MOT. In April 2016 it had an MOT performed in Knaresborough, Harrogate.
