Removing Immobiliser

I've done an engine swap on my lupo to a 1.4 AUD engine.

Upon installing the engine test firing and running on my old 1l ECU the engine ran fine but randomly cuts out for no reason.

Pulled out my 1.4 ECU and swapped that in, the. During the process of installing the code box for the new ECU I immediately noticed that my plugs were different.

I have vag tacho, and vcds, is there a way of removing the code off the 1.4 ECU and pasting the one from my 1l in so the engine runs?
