Chrome insert to lower bumper is it still available on new Pols0

I have recently ordered a new Polo SEL, I notice from the retailers video of the SEL which arrived at the garage but I notice the grey Polo has a Chrome insert to the lower bumper. I expected a paint colour lower bumper, I seem only to find this trim on used Polos. The retailer obtained the car from VW stock which has arrived in 3 weeks.

Does any one know if this chrome trim is still available on new Polos or could this car be it from very old stock.
