Alternator upgrade for 6R (1.2 CGPB)

Hello!

Currently have a 6R with a 1.2 CGPB engine. The Alternator is on its way out, garage states bearings and it sounds like it has a constant supercharger whine.

Question : Will the high output alternator's from the diesels bolt directly on? I dont know where abouts to find the part specs so throught i would ask the question.

I understand that it wont make any real diffrence but they come in cheaper and its a modifications ive know is possible with other cars within the range.
