Cracked side skirts - plastic weld?

I've got a set of wheelarches and sideskirts for my 2f coupe.  The arches are in good condition.  But the side skirts have one crack in each of them.  Would it be worth trying to plastic weld the crack back together?  Has anyone done this?

 

(The skirts are now only available from heritage for one side £70 😞  )
