Fuel Flap Stuck - VW Polo 70TSI 2019

Hello,

 

I have a 2019 70TSi Polo. Last night I went to refuel it only to discover that the fuel flap is stuck. It won't open. I tried several lock / unlock cycle as well but to no avail. Any clue how can I open my fuel flap
