Hi I’m new, I bought a Badgeless grill for a 2007 9n3 polo facelift one, I took the old badged left grill off but there is plastic where the badge was stopping the new Badgeless grill going in ( plastic is moulded on) 

my question is has anyone else managed to fit one and how did they do it please I’ve looked on YouTube and other places but I can’t find anything. Thank you
