Sunroof works then it doesn't

Hello, I got a 2000 VW Polo 1.4 MPI AUD 3 weeks ago and since I got it the sunroof keeps playing games.

After a rain, the sunroof didn't work for 2-3 days, then I went to a car wash, washed the car and surprising the sunroof started working with no problem for one week straight, then started playing games again, when worked, when not.

When it doesn't work, I can't event close it with the key (keeping the key in the door to right, closing windows + sunroof) so I don't think it's the switch problem, the motor runs with no problem (tried it to the battery 12V), every fuse is ok. One more thing is that I had the sunroof drains clogged, I got them unclogged a few days ago (the passenger carpet was wet after rain) I don't know if this does something to the sunroof...

What could be the problem? It's really frustrating.
