Hi folks, meet my biggest nighmare. I bought a 2001 Polo 2,5 year ago. After this my nightmare is started. I really love this car dont get me wrong but Had to replace every part except the transmission. Now i'm observeing a P0321 DTC. I tryed more than 6 position sensor but its not working. Please suggest me before i strat disassamble my transmission.

What's the engine code?

 

Or VIN if you don't know what I mean by engine code.

Actually it was AKK before i changed it . Now it's a same engine but it's 1.0 . It should be ANV. 

Have you checked that the connector has clean, undamaged contacts, and that you have continuity of each of the 3 wires to Engine ECU? Is it the original ECU or one that came with the engine?

I didn't do pin to pin control but i checked everything that i can look. Also im %100 sure all sensor and ECU are original. But the sensor and ECU that i'm using daily from old motor and  ECU for 1.4 engines but i have 1.0.

If does anybody has electrical architecture for this car, it will be easy to fix.

This is for AKK/ANW engine codes 'from October 1999'

 

D101 connection originates from ECU pin 62 (shown on another page), possibly a 5V rail? Also goes to various other sensors.

The brown/blue wire on pin 3, going to ECU pin 67, appears to be a screen connection, judging from the circuit symbol of the crank sensor G28. Not necessarily directly connected to chassis earth, but might be within ECU.

62 is 5VDC. 53 is signal and 67 supposedly is ground.
