Hi wonder if someone can help 

 

My 2001 6n2 gti the coolant fan comes on for 1-2 seconds then off then on again 

Even first thing in the morning just on accessory 

 

Has anyone else had this problem? 

 

Also changed both outside temp sensors and car still says between 2-3c if not minus and it's been over 10c for a while now
