Hello, I just bought a DQW Gearbox for my 1.4 AUD 6n2

The previous owner said it doesn't even have 150k km, it looks very good, the bushing is in perfect condition but there is this noise only in 1 and R, any idea if this is normal or not? He said the oil needs to be changed, so I will change it asap but I'm worried if it's not already too late, thank you!

(I shifted in video in this order: 1 3 4 R)
