Hey, I have a Polo 86C with a GK engine. The water hose connecting my carburetor thermostat to the air intake broke at the end, so I cut off the broken piece and reconnected it. However, now it's too short and has a kink in it. I've searched everywhere but can't find a replacement.polo.thumb.jpg.2f1d7c7978e48fa3cc690e79cb24dbba.jpg

Can you guys help me out?

  • Buy a longer length of coolant hose of the correct internal diameter, and route it so the curves are not as tight.

  • If you make the hose longer, the curves get less tight...

Won't that also kink? Because it's a pretty tight curve.
