Mileage 96,000

Had timing belt changed a few years back and a clutch years ago.

New exhaust & CAT converter & 2 lambda sensors (2 years ago when thieves stole it )

VW Boot liner

Have had a couple of accidents since owning, resulting in side panel repairs, nothing major.

vert good condition for age.

Great engine & handles well with the low profiles tyres.

I am only selling due to health reasons, great project for someone & NO reasonable offer refused as I know you will need to get the repair done. I would have kept it but our second car was written off by a 3rd party 9th March & already got a newer replacement automatic, then 3 weeks later hubby been advised he can no longer drive. I would like £700 :) but I am realistic so have a look, inspection and I’ll take you for a test drive and show you how it handles, Then you can take it from there.

**PLEASE note i nearly forgot as I originally purchased 22+ years ago as a stolen recovered from insurance. At the time apart from a burn hole & a couple of scratches there was nothing wrong with it.

Some Bad points

Advisory last MOT O/S Front outer shaft joint boot deteriorated but had not got around to having it repaired.

Usual paint/lacquer finish issue to roof.

Air Condition not working.

Internally the interior is not bad for its age but a few issues, tear on drivers side door card.

Two small holes, one in rear seat and front carpet.

Tiny chip front windscreen but has never affected the MOT.

Occasionally the sensor light comes on but can be easily reset.
