Windscreen Washer pipe - repair/replace?

Featured Replies

Hi all

1996 1.4 Hatchback. Windscreen washer pipe has fractured n/s causing nice spray onto passing pedestrians and fast emptying of washer bottle! What's the easiest way to sort it - is there some kind of waterproof/self-annealing tape or is a spare part easily obtainable and fitted without much fuss. I'm not a mechanic but if pipe slips on and off connectors ought to be capable if accessible easily!

Hi. Thanks, I had looked on eBay but didn’t know where to start or what to trust. And, yes, I’m assuming it is the sharp peaks of the corrugations that have fractured. For £7, it’s the same price as a reel of self-amalgamating tape and a more robust likelihood of a fix, I suspect!
