Is there an easy way of turning LHD lights into RHD lights? Maybe by swapping or adjusting something in them?

You would need to adjust the beam pattern somehow.

A mate of mine did this with some LHD projector lights he bought for his Civic, not sure what he did exactly but I know he had to take them apart and put a peice of metal in to angle the beam of light.

Alot of people don't bother though, and just put the stock lights back on for MOT time.

those left hooker lights are a good price, just shy of 100quid delivered!
