The wheel bug has bitten once again. Need some new rimmage!! Also want some legal pressed metal plates, must get that sorted.

Anyone know where I can get numberplate holders/surrounds with no logo or text on them, i.e. just black?

Cheers :-)

EDIT: also, just won a new Alpine HU on eBay. Happy days

hay Si loving the front of the polo looks so mean

U can get road legal pressed plates now mate from dubmeister.. getting some this week :-p

I'm going to get my legal plates from Europl8 - saw their stuff at Inters and the logo and postcode is teeny-weeny and marked in gold so it doesn't stand out. I like!

Thinking about getting some black show plates made up (i.e. regular metal show plates sprayed black to match the car) for added menace!

Foglights still on the shelf in the garage but hope to have them modded and back in before the month is out.

(EDIT: tint kit bought and on its way!)

Not much else to tell... more pics when the fogs go back in.

Foglights refitted!!

Cleaned the foglights to remove any surface dirt etc:

Applied tint film and, after stretching slightly to achieve a flush fit with no bubbles or creases, trimmed the excess away (leaving 5-10mm overlap):

Refitted foglights!

Just need to wash the car now!!

The light output is completely unchanged due to the "mesh" design of the film, which allows light to pass through the tint film unaffected.

What do you think?

I like it,

but I like the look of your car in your display picture much more

Looks good Si 8-)

Wasnt sure id like the yellow on the car - but it looks cool

lookin good Si, i prefer black fogs but it does look nice. whats next?

love it si, keep it. Am tempted to do something similar now!

I've got absolutely loads of tint left if anyone wants it. The roll is large enough to do a pair of head- or tail-lights so its way way more than needed for a small pair of fogs!

Whats next? I need to give the car a good wash and take some proper pictures!!
